About The Therapist

I have worked as a manual and massage therapist since 2006, studying AMMT (Alternate Movement and Manual Therapy) and NMC (Neuro Movement Correction) systems in Hungary, where I am originally from. I moved over to the UK to be with my partner Sian (who complements me excellently as Nature To Nurture Clinical & Holistic Massage Therapy & Aromatherapy) in 2011, becoming a UK citizen in 2022 (slightly delayed thanks to the Covid pandemic).

I have always had an interest in healthcare and helping people. As such I started learning traditional Tibetan energy healing and regression therapy techniques from 2006 onwards. This was an in-depth training lasting many years, and I travelled multiple times to Nepal to learn various traditional energy healing, manual and massage therapies between 2012 and 2019, practicing as an energy healer and manual therapist in Hemel Hempstead between 2011 and 2020. These are techniques offered in the Eastern tradition, and as such, they are not advertised, marketed or run as a business to make money, so I offered these alongside a career as a first aid trainer for St John’s Ambulance and Nuco Training.

As happened with so many people, the Covid pandemic made me rethink how I wanted to work and I decided to retrain. As such I am now a final year student on the Osteopathy degree at the London School of Osteopathy (LSO), where I work weekly at the LSO Student Clinic seeing a wide range of patients including paediatric cases and babies. During these studies, I diversified my toolkit with various professional CPD courses about spinal manipulation and acupressure massage (part of Traditional Chinese Medicine).

I moved to Leighton Buzzard during the third lockdown in February 2021, starting my Osteopathy degree in September 2022, and working part time at the local independent health food store Nature’s Harvest for almost 4 years. With my senior student years starting I left to open my new Leighton Buzzard practice in October 2025.

During and after Covid I also worked for a London-based CIC, Community Massage London, supporting the victims of Grenfell Tower fire as part of the NHS Community Living Well mental health service and ran online sessions for Kensington and Chelsea Social Council during these hard times with meditation and mental well-being.
