Relaxation Therapy – What Is It?

Relaxation means just that, relaxation. It is aimed at eliminating the physical and mental symptoms of anxiety. A symptom of anxiety can be muscle tension. This state can be caused by our emotions, such as fear, worry, aggression, and a sense of danger.

It is not an independent method in traditional systems. However, in the West, they have already appeared as independent techniques. Their basis is that psycho-vegetative balance can be achieved by tuning psychotone. As a result, muscle tone can be regulated.
